Reflection:
1. What problems did you encounter while you were working on this piece? How did you solve them? A problem that I encountered when writing this piece was trying not to summarize the book but explaining why it related to the prompt. To solve the problem I had my friends read through the essay to see if it sounded like a summary or a writing related to the prompt. 2. What did/do you find frustrating about it? Trying not to summarize the book was really frustrating. Considering we only read a few chapters from it and not the whole book, it was hard to get a background on the book. It was hard to not talk about the chapters we read because we only had little evidence and we couldn't really compare it to other events of the book. 3. What grade would you give it? Why? I would probably give it the same grade of an 89. Although I did do a good job about not summarizing the book, I needed more help with concluding sentences and relating them back to the thesis. 4.One thing I would like to improve on is making my concluding sentences relate back to the thesis. Instead I just wrap up what I was talking about in that paragraph. What I need to do is wrap up my paragraph but also relate it back to the thesis.
